Radiographic Testing
Radiographic Testing (RT) is a nondestructive examination (NDE) technique that involves the use of either x-rays or gamma rays to view the internal structure of a component. In the petrochemical industry, RT is often used to inspect machinery, such as pressure vessels and valves, to detect for flaws. RT is also used to inspect weld repairs.

Ultrasonic Testing
Ultrasonic nondestructive testing, also known as ultrasonic NDT or simply UT, is a method of characterizing the thickness or internal structure of a test piece through the use of high frequency sound waves. High frequency sound waves are very directional, and they will travel through a medium (like a piece of steel or plastic) until they encounter a boundary with another medium (like air), at which point they reflect back to their source. By analyzing these reflections it is possible to measure the thickness of a test piece, or find evidence of cracks or other hidden internal flaws.

Pipeline & Power Station Testing
In recent years, there has been an increased emphasis on the development of damage prognosis systems that can inform the operators of a structure’s health and developing damage, and can provide an estimate of its remaining useful life. High resolution non-destructive testing (NDT) technologies such as X-ray and ultrasonic testing (UT) are state-of-the-art for periodic inspection and can detect cracks and wall thickness reduction.

Dye Penetrant
Dye Penetrant Inspection (DPI) also called as Liquid Penetrant Inspection (LPI) or Penetrant Test ( PT) is fast, economical and widely used non destructive test method to detect surface-breaking discontinuities in all non-porous materials (metals, plastics, or ceramics).

Magnetic Particle
Magnetic Particle Inspection, is a nondestructive examination (NDE) technique used to detect surface and slightly subsurface flaws in most ferromagnetic materials such as iron, nickel, and cobalt, and some of their alloys. Because it does not necessitate the degree of surface preparation required by other nondestructive test methods, conducting MPT is relatively fast and easy. This has made it one of the more commonly utilized NDE techniques.

Visual Inspection
PE Plastic Pipe Visual Inspection
Visual testing is one of the most basic and inexpensive methods. It consists of our technician visually observing the joint and comparing it to a set of acceptance criteria based on NGA Pipe Joining Guidelines. Our Inspectors are qualified to inspect all fusion methods.

GNSS Tracking
GNSS Tracking allows our field technicians to locate buried infrastructure using global satellites to access coordinates to sub-meter and centimeter accuracy. This reduces liability and risk to our clients and gives valuable data in tracking their assets.
